Teaching movement for over a decade, as a certified Yoga and STOTT PILATES Instructor, qualified in Injuries & Special Populations, Post-rehab, CORE Athletic Conditioning, Zenga, Breast Cancer rehab programing, Gyrotonic – combined with my education that has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health/life coaching, and prevention – I will offer you a wide array of exercises in Private or small group classes according to your goals, needs and abilities.

Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients all over the world and in my studio in California, to help you make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as relationship, career as well as exercise or love.
