The studio is located on Ukiah Street, in the Beacon Building nestled in the heart of the historic and beautiful village of Mendocino, few steps away from the post office.

Mendocino Pilates training incorporates Stott Pilates exercise principles, strength training methods, athletic performance enhancement, trend-setting core and cardio body training techniques as well as post rehabilitation exercises.


Exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re-balance the muscles around the joints. This involves placing more emphasis on pelvic and scapular stabilization, integration of all the parts of the body into one.

Preparatory exercises and modifications allow the technique to be appropriate for many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to sport-specific training, post-rehabilitation and everyday life.


Services include Private training (1:1), Semi-private (2pers.), Trio (3pers.) and Small group training (6pers.)
